Tex-Mex Food

I'm cooking Tex-Mex tonight and would like your input as to what to make (and therefore OCUK's favourite).

Your choices are:

Burritos
Enchiladas
Fajitas
Quesadillas

So, which is it to be?

I'm afraid it's from the pack. I have a total inability to cook decent food and since it's only for me that's fine

I know it's a cop-out but the newish crispy chicken fajitas you can get in supermarkets are AMAZING! I think I'm addicted.

I prefer fajitas to enchiladas, burritos don't look like my thing and i'll be honest I've no idea what a quesedilla is. *googles*

You cant go wrong with any of those, but if I had to pick I would say Enchiladas

Has to be Fajitas on a hot night like tonight, pack the iceberg lettuce and peppers in with the soured cream for freshness!

Normally Enchiladas are my favourite though.
