Not to steer off topic but I'm sure I read in a girly mag lately that there's actually some serious jail time etc involved as this is becoming increasingly worse. With imbeciles taking upskirt pics etc. If you can catch them and prove that they're up to no good.

There is a difference between purposely trying to take an up skirt photo and photographing someone in public.

It is perfectly legal to photograph women and children without consent. If this was not the case, then it would be almost impossible to ever take a photo in a city, and being in possession of photography equipment, like an I Phone etc, would be illegal when carried in public places. As it it is, one can take photos in the street quite happily. Thank god.

Why is it that women walking around town with a modest bit of flesh on show, look more enticing than a tiny bikini on the beach? Or is it just me? I guess it's having that aluring characteristic and leaving certain things to the imagination that emphasises things more?
