Keyboards & mice>>>Which to choose?

Allmost got my system ordered and still wondering about Peripherals lol

Anyways my 3 top choices for keyboards are:::

Razer Lycosa
Microsoft Sidewinder X6
Logitech G15

Can't be bothered spending 126pounds on G19 lol

My top 3 choices for Gaming mice are:::

Razer Lachesis
Logitech G9
Microsoft Habu

Really confused...All seem good but now i want to see your opinions and recommendations please!

Of those Ive got a lycosa and a Habu, both are great, I would recommend them.Please dont get a sidewinder keyboard.

Razer support have treated me really well, there was a minor fault with my original lycosa which I bought in the US and Euro support just sent me a whole new keyboard without wanting the old one back so now ive got two

Cool...Lycosa looks good and with the habu it will look great as they kind of match in colour

If you're getting the lycosa why not pair it with a deathadder? I honestly can't fault mine. Best mouse i've used, probably even better than my trusty old mx518.

I have a lycosa with a deathadder and my other with the Habu, either is great and you wont go wrong, just depends which you prefer.

I've got the Microsoft Sidewinder mouse. pretty similar to teh Logitech G9, just less DPI. (my one is up to 2000). It comes with 3 different "feet"(?) for different levels of friction. And also has weights and a weight tray to customise it to your likeing. Very ergonomical too.
There is also the Sidewinder X5 and X8

I'd go Saitek Eclipse for keyboard and Razer Diamondback what I have an absolutely perfect.

Saitek is without doubt best keyboard I've used, I've had various Logitech and Microsoft ones in the past and this beats them easily.

Well i dont know why but i dont like th deathadder tha much....something bothers me in it...dont know exactly what or why lol

All I can comment on is the Lachesis which is a really nice mouse.. the best I've had. The only bad thing is that the soft rubbery coating which is on the grip and buttons has started to wear on one of my side buttons, it doesn't make any difference though as its only a corner. Who knows maybe my thumb is just super sweaty.

Im not a huge gamer, though I do spend a few hours a week on the likes of CoD5... I have been using an MX1000 since about it's release date and have had it replaced under warranty. While it worked, it was a great overall mouse but just not meant for gaming.

Well, the MX1000 died on me days ago and I replaced it with a Sharkoon Fireglider which is just fantastic. At £25 it's a damn good gaming mouse for the money.

On-the-fly DPI switch from 600 to 3600 DPI. The software that comes with it allows you to change the DPI settings as well as the colour the LED glows. Software also allows you to customise the mouse buttons with 'combos' or macro's which makes some games a bit more enjoyable - sort of gives you a little bit of an edge which can pay off.

Very responsive, good software, feels great in my hand, has adjustable weights, and looks wicked!

Definately something I would recommend... I cant justify spending 2-3 times more when this mouse does pretty much the same job.

Has to be Logitech for me.
Used G15 v.1 and v.2 but of the 2 prefer the version 1.

Have to admit to splashing out on the G19,you know what it's like..new gadget but after the initial novelty factor it's not much better than my G15 v.1

Only problem of course is sourcing a decent one now due to the age of em.

love being able to cross the entire 2560 resolution in 3inches of movement while still being mega accurate

i have a habu and love it as for the keyboard, i'd have to go G15, however i hear the lycosa isn't bad either.

wELL habu llok cool and its right handed mouse

but i want a keyboard clour to match with the mouse colour

so for example

G15 with g9

or

Lycosa with habu/deathadder/lachesis

or Sidewinder with lachesis red lol

I've myself found razer mices feel sorta crap, they look and feel like cheap plastic and are too light for me. I would pick logitech G5/G7/G9 ANYDAY over anything else.

Can't say much about the keyboard tho as I'm using the mini/slim (laptop like size) ones because they're best for mmorpgs as you can reach almost whole lot (3/4 keyboard) of keybinds without moving your hand from WASD/shift area.

But knowing logitech, their G15 can't be bad.
