Always the same I pick 4 diff coolers and do a couple of days reading on them, Titan Fenrir,Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler,Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer CPU Cooler,Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Cooler, Just this min go onto the OcUK site and there all out of stock lmao, gunna have to wait till there back in soon I hope, As it is there are a lot of cpu coolers out of stock must be people getting high temps with this weather..:cool:

Get this with 2 of these fans.

This cooler beats the TRUE, TRUE Copper, Noctua, Sunbeam, Titan etc etc hands down.

There are a load of reviews out there and the megahalems is pretty much the top dog.

Some reviews discrediting the megahalems are pretty unfair as they use different fans with each HS so heres a graph showing effectiveness of several heatsinks using the same fan (nabbed from benchmarkreviews thank ya very much ;) )

Push + pull ;)

EDIT: oh crap, does the cooler only come with 1 set of clips ?

UH OH! yes!!! I bought ones for some thermalright cooler cos you couldn't get megahalems ones in the UK (at the time). I got the fan to fit but almost sliced my finger open in the process. Its def best to use the proper clips, im guessing the problem is that you dont want to pay shipping for two orders! If OCUK do sell the clips seperately best to call them or get a webnote in before the order is sent!

ah balls, I cant see them listed, can you ?
Ill go browse around now . . .

Ive got spare wire about, worst comes to worst Ill replcicate the ones that come with it.

Ive got a Megahalems on order, hoping its as good as everyone says it is =]

Just installed one of the Prolima Megahalems in my rig - it's dropped the idle temps about 10c over my Thermalright 120A that I had been using. I think I still need to get a better cooling fan for it though as the 120mm Akasa I'm using doesn't seem to shift that much air.

One warning - they seem to be shipping a replacement mounting bracket and clips with the Megahalem at the moment due to the original set being really difficult to fit. I was really struggling to get the retention brackets in place till I discovered this replacement pack in the box. Once I tried them though it was a piece of cake to mount :)

I used the original mounting kit here and it worked. It did induce a lot of cussing and foul language tho :P.

Cheers, I will have a look into it now, thanks for the advice dude..

Have you noticed that in the UK temperatures are a lot lower than in the US? Either that's because of our weather, or the fact that they use Fahrenheit.
