Does anyone else find that their google format and font has changed.
It now to me looks like a whole page of adverts. i hate it.

Not really. Google have always been fairly subtle with add placement, and i cant see any font changes.

it's always sucked. rubbish listings first and far to many useless results to trawl through. Only use it on very obscure things and only when yahoo fails.

I assume he means results rather than front page.

And AcidHell and tntcoder, but in all seriousness - why would he be on about the Google homepage? That wouldn't change your experience of Google at all since it's the search listings that drive your experience of it.

Either way, I see no difference, or if there is one, it's unobtrusive enough that it doesn't matter anyway.

yeh it's definitely odd. I sat there looking at it for ages when it changed and I couldn't work out what was different, just that it was a bit more ugly. Indentation must be it

They've brought the page off the side of the browser, changed the font width ever so slightly too it would seem.

I noticed it a few days ago. It looks a little odd but can't say I'm that bothered.
