GTX 285 or 275

Got the chance to get a 285 for £195 which is bloody good but with the recent price drops on the 275 is it still worth the extra £45? please give opinions without the obvious 275 can be overclocked past 285 as well all know the 285 can overclock too, just want to know if the extra memory and bandwith is worth the extra?
