Hi all,

Just bought one of these today and used it throughout the downstairs of the house. One of the best purchases I've ever made, ever!

Our other hoover was starting to 'pop' and pack up and so we decided rather than leave it any later we'd get a new one. I was never impressed with our previous one and regretted buying it really - a dirt devil hoover.

But this Hetti is simply amazing - it's really quiet as well and has the energy saving Hi/Lo mode. The Hi mode is simply stunning, the amount of minimal effort needed to pull tough grass out of door mats etc. is awesome. It's left the rug in my study looking brand new and has that brushed up look, really easy, no strenuous pushing or anything.

It also comes with plenty of crevass tools and brushes etc.

I just picked one up from my local homebase store for 79 quid, an offer which ends today, so if you're after a new hoover, I'd advise you to get one of these. You won't regret it one bit.

 I still don't get how people think the Henry or derivatives are good. they suck, well actually they don't. Get a decent upright hoover and the difference is astounding. Henrys and the like are expensive tat.

Tat is hardly the correct word. They are solid little machines.

Our Henry is great, better than the cruddy Vax thing we had before. The Airo Brush is brilliant for getting up pet hair.

tehy are solid, which is why lots of institutions supply their cleaners with them I guess.

That they are, but they are pretty rubbish at their job. And yes I've had many henrys in the past.

I'd have to disagree there, as I think they're fantastic at their job. Never seen the floor so clean before! The best thing about it is that you can actually talk over the noise and the fact that they are so easy to push around, my rug had quite a bit of cat hair embedded in it and the like, it now looks brand new with 4 easy strokes.

Sorry, but this is one fantastic hoover.

this store has had a henry for about 8 years, still as strong as ever, they're fantastic machines

Idd, my mum had hers for about 12 years before it packed up. She went and bought another one as soon as it did.

Compare it to a decent hoover. Like a Panasonic 1600-2000w and you see how dirty your floor is.

It is a decent hoover. :p Of course - you could compare those Panasonic 1600-2000W Hoovers to industrial strength floor cleaning hoovers if you really wanted, but I'm not one for the pedant thing ;)

But it's not and industrial hoovers cost thousands. A decent Panasonic. Will cost you about £40 of the bay. So not only vastly cheaper, but vastly better.
