Anyone ever done the Verzasca dam bungee jump in Switzerland?

220m or about 720ft.

Has anyone tried this and if so what was it like? I'm thinking of doing it next month but I'd like some opinions before I book flights and whatnot.

I did a bungee jump on Saturday and absolutely loved it and intend to take it up as a regular thing so if there are any other bungee jumpers here it'd be cool to hear your thoughts on it all. :)
 
Anyone who has done it has got bigger balls then me! Is this the biggest possible bungee in the world?
 
Crikey that is pretty high, would be cool to replicate a bit of one of the best Bond films though.
 
I think im quaking just thinking about what it would be like. I hate heights lol.

I think it's the second highest. There's one in Macau which is a few m higher I believe.

Last week I'd have crapped myself at the thought of it but I got such a reading off the puny jump I did in comparison that I'm absolutely hooked.
 
He joked and said he'd push me off if I chickened out. There was no need though, I couldn't wait! :D

Awesome part of the world. In amongst the Swiss alps, the scenery and weather was absolutely amazing. Pity the place is so damn expensive otherwise I'd be back in a heartbeat.

I did one about 7 years ago for charity, was 250ft. did it jumped as a chef (as I am one) scared the living hell out of me. Mind you I don't like heights. The guy at the top of the crane just said "just walk out when your ready" oh yeah,,,,,So anyhow I did and it was a great feeling. even my chef's hat stayed on :)

They wrote to me some months saying they were doing the biggest in the UK of 500ft would I be interested ? NO way!

Was good though. Certainly something a little different.

But good god Scuzi. That looks close to the rocks. I know it won't be. But from the video it certainly looks close.

isn't is a rush as well...
