I once had to make over 100 of those by hand at the Mexican restaurant I once worked at. They probably take five times as long to make as they do to cook and eat.

Taste good though.

Most on the net seem to involve batter? Or is this a must?

Stuffed Jalapenos are utterly gorgeous. Add breadcrumb coating, and they're plainly and simply food porn.
