Nice, a lot more 'reasonably' priced than the other 2 new models!

Are you going to be getting any ATI mobility 4850/4870 chassis in? Judging by the MSI machines going round, I'm guessing they're a little cheaper part for part?

We will be offering them in the near future, although due to how well priced some of the MSI/Asus etc offerings are we may just stick to their products.

No point in us building our own laptop when there is a cheaper alternative available that we can offer. :)

Nope, that's true...any news when more of the MSI offerings will be coming in?

Mobility 4870 parts would probably still go down well as they're not that easy to find, and are basically just downclocked 4 series parts rather than hack jobs :)

MSI are having problems getting the 17" screens at the moment which is why they're sold out everywhere. We've got a few of the 15.4" arriving tomorrow though.

Well if you can find something with equal specs, good build quality and a similar price, Im sure plenty of people will be interested. The turbo overclock feature, and general power of this spec have several people searching for them on notebookreview, so I'm not the only guy looking to get something like this, as it's got that really keen balance of performance, the overclock feature and price.

If you can get a cheap, custom spec 4850 based machine in as well you could be onto a winner, I can't believe they're not being sold more cheaply than Nvidia variants, when you consider the prices MSI was putting out :)

Here's hoping you manage to extract some more of those GT725s out of them though! :D

If it were me I'd want a s faster dual core. Don't think any games are quicker with a slower speed quad.

What are the screens like on these laptops. Dell quality or Sony quality?
