Rest In Peace Michael Jackson (No Disrespect Posts)

The performances were good except Jennifer Hudsons and the british kid

All the musicians and backing singers that were perfroming were the same guys who would have been doing 'This Is It' tour. I recognised some of the dancers from the little video where they were auditining for the original 'This Is It' tour.

That sky stream was very good quality.

I didnt watch all of it, not trying to be offensive here but it was a bit cringe worthy when everyone started saying he is up there sitting on a crescent or something next to god and jesus or some stuff like that. It felt too hypocritical to watch, just a few weeks ago people were hating on michael thinking he is a paedo etc and then when he dies he is suddenly sitting next to God and his coffin is put in front of a massive audience like we are some how worshipping his remains.

Didnt feel right.

The haters were introduced to Michael through the tabloids. The worshippers were introduced and loved him for his legendary music.

You make the same mistake that the tabloids make when talking About MJ. Its not the 'same' people that were dissing him before he died that are praising him though is it? So how is it hypocritical? I don't think anyone that went on stage and spoke would have said anything bad about MJ weeks ago. As far as I can see they all knew him personally and to talk about Mj being 'in the clouds up above' is just their way of dealing with the loss.

So you cringed? maybe it says more about how you deal with emotion than anything else ;)
