It wont let me submit another claim against them as i have already done it.

I see on their store they are "out of stock"

I have sent an email to them directly quoting the link and what they said in the thread.

Until the accounts actually get banned i don't think there is much you can do.

just doubled checked my paypal account and its says its refunded, i bought the serial from G2PLAY.NET and claimed under "goods weren't as expected" then "Software Pirated" didn't need to escalate any claims.

Oh I didnt buy from them. Guess thats why they didnt refund it then lol

I dont really mind as long as my account doesnt stop working.

I think G2Play admited it though. But it does say that official serials only come with the game. Others offering just serials are fake.

Ok this is their reply.

"if your key is not banned you have no reason to dispute, you purchased a legitimate key and we have seller protection so you will not receive any refund"

I sent them a reply asking if it does suddenly stop working will i get a refund, obviously with proof like a screen shot of the error...

At the moment the situation is that the distributor is saying one thing, whilst the retailer in another country is saying something else.

Both are equally possible - it could be a bunch of CD keys were stolen from the replication plant (although it strikes me as very unlikely), or it could just be that the retailer has bough up a thousand+ copies and got a good discount* especially compared to the EU cost (this is especially true if they bought them in a low tax area).


*I buy dvd's from a US retailer who often offers them at 40-46% discount with free shipping for US residents.

Yeah but on the official forum they say that the official keys only come supplied with the game. All others are fake.

I would tend to trust the official site more than a dodgey website that isnt even secure for financial transactions

Also, there's a bit of a language barrier/lost in translation thing going on with the people from Focus, the responses regarding the issue have been a bit different every time JessicaFromFocus has responded on the english boards. It makes their stance a bit less compelling.

tbh getting a bit tired of this game, its just too frustrating finding a match Theres loads of people sitting in one big channel spamming for matches then when you see one you fancy you try and find their name in the player list but they aren't there
The whole system is just a mess in my eyes

The interface is pretty bad.

If you see someone you want to play, it's best to click on the question mark next to the search button, enter the coaches name and then just that player's teams wil be shown in the search window. Making it much easier to pick a team of theirs to challenge.
