So your sig works on a black background?
Yep, it's a little harder to see but still visible. The background is dark grey, not black.

I use the blue theme at home and the black theme at work.

It does, as I used transparencies, if you want your 'blue' turned to a transparency, email in trust.

It won't work, the shadow is black.
I believe his point was that you have black and transparent as your 2 colours, so on a pure black background it would all be black (I'm aware the "black" theme is not actually black).
If it's slightly lighter than black my sig might work, hows it look now?
That is true, but I never realised that the 'black' theme wasn't actually black till tonight, and that is why I realised that my sig actually still does work.

Yeah, bloody handy wee thing it is too, can grab them cheap on Fleabay now too. Didn't work so well on my Hanns.G second monitor though, was fine on the Dell main screen however, so I can live with that.
Why do monitors come with default settings that are shot to hell out of interest? Couldn't manufacturers just calibrate them properly at the factory?
Why not add a subtle glow to aid in black theme usage and also looks fine on blue?
Here here I did some handywork:

Thanks mate!
I may end up using that as it does emphasize my sig, but today is the first day I discovered the 'black' theme isn't actually black, I may do something a bit different, but a big thank you for the effort it looks pretty good

Will the code only work with osx firefox, or will it work with Safari?
Thanks mate!
