What are you supposed to do with dead animals?

The missus has rats which are going to die any day now. I've never had a pet die on me before so have no idea what to do with them.

I assume they should be taken to the vets to be thrown into their big recycling animal corpse machine? :p

Thanks.

back garden - little hole...

Got my old dog cremated cost a fortune - guess its all about how sentimental you are..

Throw them out of the car window in the country somewhere, maybe over a hedge. It won't be long before they disappear.

This almost sounds like premeditated murder!!! :p

I'm tempted cos at the moment they are in the dining room as we don't use that room. As soon as they are dead and the smell goes away i'm moving my PC/Stereo etc into that room and i'm claiming it as my games room :D (Sorry errrrr office if the missus reads this...)

give them to the next door neighbors children to play with, children love cuddly toys.`

That would be awesome as she's a child minder :D

Weird, my bf keeps telling me the same thing about my rat room!

Just bury them in the garden and put a heavy stone on top to stop cats digging them up. It's what we always do in his mums garden, though, I think she's now running out of space!

My girlfriend has/had pet rats/rat and one of them died the other week. She was pretty upset [/understatement]

She held her own little memorial in the back garden of her house and buried it by her pond. She painted a stone with her younger sister as a makeshift gravestone.

shes 22 for gods sake .... So I slapped her a little bit and told her to get a grip.
