...otherwise known as Pakistani rock salt (doesn't sound as glamorous does it)

Anyone use it? http://www.beachhouse-sunstone.com/store.php?pg1-cid43.html

"Highest inherent stored information from 250,000,000 years ago. Himalayan Crystal Salts are primarily a storage medium. This special salt is waiting for the moment to have its inherent, stored energy, its bio-photon content, set free, by adding water"

SET IT FREE!!

Yup actually, helps me absorb all the water I drink, plus its a harmless addition to greens.

Do you have a problem absorbing water?

Sounds like an expensive coctail. Is it working for you?

Expensive? I've got a kilogram that was 9quid and use perhaps a gram or two per greens drink? It'll last me years!

Little hard to call on the working part. I tend to drink very large amounts, at least for my size, up to 6L and beyond. I definately pee less than before but unfortunately im naff at keeping up the consistency on anything which screws me.

Know people that swear by it and im more interested in health benefits that size or anything anyway

Well its 10x more expensive than sea salt, then you have the "greens" which i'm guessing is around £16 per week/month depending on usage.

I wouldn't put too much faith in people "who swear by it" btw ;)

At the end of the day, salt is salt, and too much of it is bad for you :)

One of the most respected strength and conditioning coaches in the uk, especially in the rugby circle....I think i'll side with him.

Him salts are far from sea salt, they're completely different. Are you suggesting 3-4g of good salts are bad for your health?

I dont use salt otherwise so a small amount of the good stuff seems a good idea.

Your rugby coach could be Jesus Christ himself, but i'd suggest doing your own research rather than just "side" with him.

So Himalayan salt is not salt then? Do you have a credible source that actually states Himalayan salt is completely different to sea salt?

I never said that 3-4g is bad for your health btw, i said too much salt is bad for you. This is a well known fact.
