i know this is for a car but figured as it's for my business this can go in general discussion?

wanting to get some vinyls put on my car for my cleaning business (green clean solution) but having difficulty deciding what to do as it's going to cost me at least £100 for minimal amounts and i'm worried i'll get it looking ok in pictures but in the flesh it'll look aweful so want to get it right before i commit and waste my precious money.

this is my favorite ideas but my main concern is it'll look too cluttered so no one will read it, and too small so no one will really notice it.

front
sides
back

i'm open to anyone giving it a go so i can get new ideas but i'm after something similar to what we have on the website in terms of colurs and font, nice and simple, arail text etc.

also any reccomendations as to where to go to get them done?

You wouldn't be able to read most (or any) of that text without coming up very close. :(

Bigger fonts, lose the www and maybe get a bigger car. ;)

EDIT: I notice it says 100% British workers only on your website, do you get DNA tests done for staff?

I think the S reg Nissan Micra would put most people in Surrey off anyway, maybe spend the money on flyers instead? Delivered by 100% British people of course.

my sister has a cleaning company but she won't touch commercial, too much hassle and there are far better margins on domestic work if you have a posh area and avoid the mrs mop image

as comments above, too much text and too small (text over the wheelarch bad idea too)
go and talk to the guy doing the vinyl, he'll have some idea of what works.

on your website it doesn't say what kind of cleaning is done, just surface or every cranny? Interesting niche you have, I've tried eco products and I think they are dire, but punters might like the idea

are you sure car advertising is the right image? my sister doesn't do any advertising and can still pick and choose what jobs she wants

I must be bored but I found a bug with your Online Quote system.

Example :

Domestic Clean

1 Bedroom
5 other rooms
= £27

Domestic Clean

1 Bedroom
More Than 5 rooms
= £4.50

:)

hey guys thanks for all the comments :)

the british thing being that from the 4 years experience we have had people complain at having a non-english cleaner come in and clean, lake of communication plus respect for the job, and always comment on us being english. (if anyone watched apprentice this year the name 'Empire' was chosen as it was "british" so it's clearly a selling point, no?) i put english before but was recommended that i changed to british as english sounded as though we had something against people from foreign countries. It's like when companies advertise that they have call centres only in uk as people don't want to speak to someone they don't understand. i think being british/english is a good thing and it seems to be working so far...

as for any typos/mistakes with the online quote, i have had so much work to do that getting it 100% is so hard. i am continualy improving editing things but as work increases i get less time. I will make changes for typos now and make a note of the online quote. before anyone mentions it the want to book with this quote link also doesn't work atm.

green clean solution is best we could get, wanted green clean and obviously it's taken. most people go for green clean services but i prefer solution as it's different to the typical names and also allows for us to advertise us as being 'the solution to your cleaning needs' etc.

thanks again for all the comments.

prius?

would appeal to the kind of people who hire eco friendly cleaners

:( unfortunately we don't just drive a little nissan micra because it's fun to remember the old days but also because we have a small budget and the nissan fits all our supplies at the moment and is fairly cheap for petrol. the nissan micra was £1300, prius starts at £3000. more important things at the moment that money is being spent on but an eco friendly vehicle is defintely planned once we take off and are rolling in money :)

Why do you want graphics on your car?

To clearly advertise the business to everyone including bystanders a mile away, or simply to remind yourself and those who are close to the car what the business is called and about ?

There's too much on there. If I were you I'd just have the website on the front and a little info on the back with the logo; nothing more than saying that you're eco-friendly cleaners though.

EDIT: Nice website :) Seriously, though, tone down the 100% British thing; it just makes you sound racist even if it's true. I also reckon it could land you in hot water with trading standards for having a bad recruitment policy. Maybe change it to 100% English speaking staff?
