So here's the story, a customer left their diary, so like any good citizen we looked through it to find contact details to return it.
and in the epic search we found the booking details for "the fetish studio" now while we're all rolling about laughing, we find botox appointments, and kids doctors appointments, now here's the issue, while we'd love to return it, the fact we had to go through it to find her contact details, can we be done for invasion of privacy?

what would you do? (aside from laugh more):D

err no just phone her and if she wants it arrange collection time..

if she kicks up a fuss, ask her if shes into rubber or leather.

hehe yea, we're all tempted to tell her kids what she does, one of the guys feels guilty about reading it all, hence the morality issue :D

You didn't invade any privacy, she left it in public and the diary is not protected by any kind of legislation or official secrets acts I assume.

Have you checked out The Fetish Studio? Could be something completely innoc... ...no wait... just Googled it. :D

In all seriousness no, I'm sure she'd be very appreciative of you returning her diary. As for it's contents, and what she gets up to in her spare time - none of yours or anyone else's business matey.

I'm not giving the name, already checked facebook for her (looking for contact details etc), and it's pictureless and private, and i didn't see her, just found her diary :P

Contact her.
Tell her you've found her diary.
Arrange a means of returning it to her, either at her expense or as a customer service.
Mention nothing to her and try to be mature enough not to gather around and snigger at her.

It's basically a matter of imagining what you'd prefer to happen if you were in her position. Being nice. Do unto others and all that. It isn't hard to do.
