I have an apple alu keyboard for my home pc and I love it, its very nice to use.

Just about to finally get upgraded at work to a new laptop with monitor etc and I want a proper keyboard and I'd prefer one the same, I used my old Dell USB when my laptop keyboard packed up and it sounded like I was writing a novel in the office so its got to be quiet but I'm not too happy about leaving £30 work of keyboard lying about in the office as I'm often not there.

Are there any copies? I want something slim and quiet basically :)

What is your budget?

For £57 a diNovo for notebooks (or desktops!) is ultra quiet like a laptop/apple KB but with the travel of a quality keyboard).

well considering leaving a £28 apple keyboard sat on my desk is something I consider a risk, a £58 much nicer one may not fit the bill :)

Logitech Ultra-X is almost silent (uses same key mechanism as the DiNovo) and costs about £17 from OcUK.
