A friend of mine is going to butlins in skegness for a week with a couple of pals and has asked me to try and get him some info on the clubs and stuff so if the resort is a bit pants he can get off to somewhere better, i thought what better place to get info from but other people that have been/live there and you can get pretty much anything off of these forums so i thought i would give it a shot.

Names of popular clubs and how far they are away from the resort, sort of prices on drinks and other stuff, maybe lap dance clubs opening times etc. Also what sort of stuff there is to do during the day time, markets and other stuff. If there is a pool around ther a gym aswell all in close proximity to the resort and prices for these facilities.

Butlins is in Ingoldmells rather than Skegness they're a bus/taxi journey apart, some average pubs in both places to be fair, there is a pub/club opposite Butlins that seems to be buzzin and a good mix of music but most of the pubs are kinda cheap and tacky typical seaside affairs, nothing with any character, if you're under 21 you'll love if not you'll probably hate it.

I just got back today from a 4 day holiday at Butlins in Skeggy. Have to say I had a very good time. Plenty of birds and managed to pull twice ;)

Some really good shows there that you can still appreciate if you'r an adult. Saw some amazing acrobatics and a good cricus show, though the wrestling wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. Don't get me wrong it was entertaining but that show was aimed at <16 year olds.

It's by no means St Tropez or Florida, but for a weekend away in the UK I strongly recommend it.

If you can't pull at these places you're either not trying or.. well, that's it really :D

Good point. The adult weekends they hold 3-4 times a year are suppose to be even easier as it's full specificly of over 18s looking for one thing. Haven't been to one yet, but i'm thinking of it.
