Right... Gotta get those POSITIVE IONS in check. Get one so you can describe how it feels to have a "minus-ion producing material" round your neck helping to ward off the positive ions.

Look, it is all bull****. If they work for you, use them. I do know of a few high level runners who use them though.

While you are at it, have a look at Bad Science for all your quack remedies.
