Plenty of people have used these places for a number of years to buy games ... once you own the legit key to the game it is perfectly legal for you to download the actual media from any place you wish

I dont think it is. Its like getting drugs, getting them from the doctor is fine but get them from a dodgey guy on the street and its illegal.

The keys are legal to by, they mainly sell them for mmo's that you can freely download the clients for.

Legit key = legit product in my eyes.

The media is worth nothing. You don't even own the media your games are on if you read the terms.

File sharing of copywritten material is illegal regaurdless of if you own a legit cd key.

Downloading has nothing to do with sharing though :confused:

If it's someone else that is being illegal by sending it to you, who cares ?

Anyways, I don't see how that site is illegal:

They sell steam keys.
They sell EADM keys.
And they sell spare keys for games you might have been banned on or reached activation limit on: they do nothing to encourage or show how to get the actual files, they only sell legit keys...
