It seems as though it will just be a preactivated XP VM image, so keys won't be provided per se, but that shouldn't be an issue.
All it does is let you run programs meant for XP in a virtual version of XP.
Also you HAVE to be able to enable VM or whatever it's call it these days in the bios.
If you cannot do that then you cannot use the "xp mode"
