just stuck pro evo on and there are ads on the loading screens for the new harry potter film. they even show up on the action replays during the game :eek:

im not fussed as they arent intrusive but surely when you have forked out for something it should be ad free.

As long as it doesn't affect the gameplay i couldn't care less, my only worry is that games will start deliberately include/extend load screens to get the advert on screen that little bit more.

PES 2010 new feature just announced that it will feature a 15 minute break between halves, to add realism.

wouldnt mind if they took advantage of the net in order to update them, and actually had ones that the user would be interested in.

In some ways it added to the realistic atmosphere for example on advert boards you see cloverfield advertised, makes it feel up to date, kind of organic in a small way.

I remember seeing adverts for Obama and some film (can't remember which) in GTA4 (sure it was GTA4 - might have been Saints Row2) on the billboards. Didn't mind that. Full in adverts in loading screens however, I do object to.

Hopefully, if games start putting adverts into their loading screens prices will go down. Watch This Space i Tell you!
