Stunning car, really like it :)

How are you finding the SMG gearbox? A friend of mine is a BMW mechanic, his younger brother too, and they both said it was pants; apparently they have had no end of owners in for ding repairs from parking troubles with the box.

Launch control is also good fun from what they tell me – think I’ll stick to my Yamaha guided missile personally :D

I love it - I read a huge amount of reviews before going for it and the overall opinion was that it was very good. I find it fine for parking/around town and shifts high up the rev range are phenomenal.

SMG in the e36 M3 wasn't great and I think a bit of stigma is carried over to the much improved e46 box.

Well I just travel in and out of London every day for the hell of it to and from home . The arrows cunningly hide that :D near J14 of the M1 and there are some lovely roads around here.

Nice with the 335i, but it's still a modified 2nd best, M3 all the way .

NickXX has (in my eyes) the absolute perfect one. Quite jealous :D
 
So howcome there arent 19 pages and 3000 posts claiming this car is your mates/brothers/dads like if anyone else said they had bought an m3 ?

I will ask but are you using a Hotmail/Yahoo type email address? You need to use a proper ISP address. I will have a word with a mod for you.

He is a member whom a lot of us know personally, has been here for years, has been hankering after an M3 for years, other members live in the same house as him, and with the greatest respect to the M3 its not as if he is posting a Bentley. :)

Like I said before it looks awesome. Pleased to see you got one in the end. So the question is, e36 or e46 when doing trackdays. :D
