Im getting irritated by people telling me what I have/havent/lecturing when they have no idea of the symptoms - utterly pointless and ridiculous. Pure 'know it all attitude' - I suggest you see someone for that.![]()
It wasnt intended as 'know it all' yet you went on to lecture me about the whys and wherefores of whether or not I could have flu, even though you know nothing about me.
Why the hell should I need to convince a 21 year old on a forum that I have had flu. Spare. Me.
Who the hell are you to even question my word, not knowing any symptoms/circumstances around it!?
This is hilarious.
PS I didnt mention forum members were over exaggerating anything. Although at times it does feel like the northerner Monty Python sketch 'oh, that were NOTHING!'

I have neither suggested that you do, or do not have flu, nor have I attempted to diagnose you. I have merely tried to explain to you why other forum members might have responded to you in the way that they did based on the information that you had given them.
For future reference, being aggressive and calling people pathetic really isn't going to help anyone taking you overly seriously - influenza related or not.
The only way you can really confirm if you have the flu is if you have been diagnosed by a doctor. Considering the accounts of the posters already, who have had experiences similar to my own, you should understand that it is difficult for many of us to conclude that you have had a full bout of flu if you haven't been diagnosed by a doctor, especially when comparing to the vast accounts of here, of which few seem exaggerated. Feeling tired, having a headache and a fluctuating termperature etc doesn't necessarily mean you have flu, although it can be a good indication.

What draws you to that conclusion bright spark?

Yes really.

), but luckily, never flu.I've had colds (like 99.999999% of the country I imagine), but luckily, never flu.

So you're calling me 00.000001% of the country then?! I feel so small and insignificant![]()

Do worry, there are probably around 7 of you that you can hang out with - just like a special club.
"Super-immune-system - 7" - like the Secret 7, but gayer![]()

Yeh, worry
I was gonna say 100%, but I knew there'd be some odd person on here![]()

TBH everyone gets colds, that odd person would be a liar
Hawker
I did have chicken pox as a child though if that makes you feel better
I've never been ill in my life - I don't really care if you call me a liar, but if you do you're a brave man.

Of course everyone does, I probably did as a child, however I can categorically state that in my whole adult life I have never had so much as a more than a sniffle for 24hrs. I've never been ill in my life - I don't really care if you call me a liar, but if you do you're a brave man.
24hour sniffle will do me for a cold, I dont get more than that.
