I saw this on Overclockers and burst out laughing, I'm supprised Overclockers even aloud the review to be posted :p

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-286-IN&tool=3

Intel Core i7 975 3.33Ghz (Nehalem) Extreme Edition (Socket LGA1366) - Retail + World In Conflict PC Game

'Sold my car to pay for this and what can I say: it was worth it! Overclocked it to a incredible 3.7Ghz simply by changing a few numbers in the BIOS.
I've teamed it with 2 6600GTs in SLI (and my spare GTX 295 for PhysX) and I can play Crysis at my monitor's native resolution (800x600) with (almost) all effects turned on high and it's just breathtaking!
Highly recommended.'

I seen this yesterday and was gonna post it but didnt wanna get into trouble. God i laughed so hard... that guy has a real sense of humour. Good one mate!!!

Lol, "I can play Crysis at my monitor's native resolution (800x600) with (almost) all effects turned on high and it's just breathtaking!."

Well to be fair, he has probably sold a chaved up car so the i7 975 is a good investment. Not to mention the fact he's been able to overclock it to an incredible 3.7GHz - a speed very few of us can achieve on a CPU a third of the price :D *laughs uncontrollably*
I'm not sure I get his video setup though. He has one GTX295 for PhysX and 2 6600GT's in SLI. Sorry, but is that even possible?

Let me guess though, which one of you pranksters has done this? This is just too much :D

The review below isn't much better when he could have balanced up the system more & went for a cheaper version of the CPU & used the money to get 260 in SLI.

I thought that... he buys himself THE best CPU on the market... and then sticks with a graphics setup which is 2 years old and is 2 whole series behind... Strange boy :p

In fact Intel Core i7 940 & 275 in SLI would have been bang on for him.

why would they need to check them when they have a bot that auto deleates lower then 4 star reviews? lol.

haha I've often wondered the same thing :p My brother was saying about how he saw a bad review for a power supply saying about the fan being loud, then he goes to show me the next day and lo behold it's disappeared  I wonder why....:p

Haha good one.

Now he just gotta sell his wife for 295gtx atomic in sli and his kids for a small power plant then he can play crysis on his native ress (800x600) at ultra high with 8xAA!
