Cycling is a doddle unless it's uphill, and most people can walk for hours.
I'd say someone who goes to the gym for 2 hours 5 times a week is going to be pretty fit tbh

Depends what you're doing whilst there. It's a waste of money if you aren't pushing yourself, which I'm guessing you don't do if you find it hard to run 3 miles.
an hour on the bike each time, followed by some weights, stretching and other floor work. Plus an hours boxing twice a week. I may not be an athlete, but there's no way I'm unfit, I'm just no good at running, probably because I just don't do it very often, so when I do I find it difficult as it's not the sort of workout I'm used to![]()

A 3 mile run shouldnt take any longer than 30mins max and thats like for people who are unfit, for someone who goes the gym that much surely you can run for 30 mins![]()
