First of all would buy a cheap fishing rod for a tenner. I would then bait the rod with 5 pound notes and find a tall building to scale where i know hobo's or the unemployed vacate below e.g everywhere. I would then have hours of fun watching the poor grasp at air. After that i would go down to the street and use my lighter to destroy the money in front of the unfortunates.
