Do OC test this with an OS (if you don't order one) just to check all the hardware works? I've had issues with 3 batches of memory from OC over the years, to me buying the package is mainly to give me peace of mind that all the hardware checks out.

Does the case(s) come with fans and all relevant parts?

Does OC setup the bios at the advertised speed i.e. 3.80ghz, so really all I have to do is install an OS?

If i buy vista ultimate x64 (mainly to address the 6gb) do I get the same level of windows 7 for free i.e. windows 7 ultimate x64?

Yes it's pre-checked even if you dont order an os, they need to to apply the over clock and check all is stable and well.

Yes it will do.

Yes it comes set up for you. Just install the Os and you should be good to go.

I believe thats also true. Upgrade i think is like for like at the moment id get further clarification on this though.

Yes, if you purchase Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit (OEM) for a new build and it comes with a Free Windows 7 upgrade coupon then you would receive Windows 7 Ultimate for free.
