What effect will it have on Europe and more importantly us, after all the gulf hurricanes are the source of our own weather. We could freeze or bake.

Haven't certain US airports been doing this for years on a smaller scale? Without googling, I think they throw dry ice out the back of a plane to break up storms.

It's one of those things that would probably save money over a very long time period. But the set up cost would be astronomical.

I certainly wouldn't say beyond are technology.many many things are totally within are technology. But not with in budget.

i think their technology is to permanently try to even the temperature out to stop the forming at all, not to turn it on and stop a current hurricane.

it may actually take the machine years and years before it finally equalises them.

I don't think it could be done because he will have to cover from mexico south to Cuba then around Cuba then north to South south carolina passing Florida.

Not a hope, anyway the sea between Mexico and Africa has cooled down so they won't get many Hurricans this year.
But it will be much colder this winter in North USA.

you'd need an endothermic reaction, not an exothermic reaction. Ie: it wouldn't take energy to cool the sea, but you'd obtain energy from the sea.

It just doesn't seem right to mess with nature in this way. Obvioulsy we already do indirectly but to purposely mess with the weather seems wrong somehow.

I do agree in a certain way, however, surely if it has bad effects then it would be stopped.

indeed. wouldnt it more sensible to begin the mamoth task of converting the worlds cars to be eco-friendly, or developing new energy sources. his idea is quite frankly ridiculous, he has obviously suffered a serious system error
