Does OcUK have talent?

I'm good at maths, got into top 200 of 15 year olds in the counter in the maths olympiad this year.

What % is that? I got into the top 0.2% in the European one, but they didn't tell me how many people it was out of.

I've been in the top 50/60 in the UK every year, and got a little article in the local paper in 2005. Whoopee doo. :D

Just starting out in Stand Up Comedy. Video is of my first ever go back in March and I was terrified! :p Many of you on OcUK have already watched it I believe :)

Much better video from my second gig (but contains a few swearies) at youtube.com/seanjudgecomedy

How is all of that going for you?

I clearly remember your thread a few months ago :)

200/500 who entered. if there are say around 800,000 15 year olds (probably not that many, complete guess) that would be the top 0.025% in the country. But your achievement is much more commendable than mine. And maths is easy

Well, I did my second gig a few weeks back, and that went pretty well, much happier with it than my first go :)

Haven't gigged in July becuase I'm lacking £'s and everyone is in Edinburgh, but August onwards should be regularly doing 1-2 gigs a week in London hopefully :)

Absolutely dedicating myself to it now, it's what I want to do :)

Music production is my "thing". Mostly solo stuff and electronic in nature. I'm getting a bit into video too, but that needs locations and people etc :o . I also enjoy electronics and metalwork/woodwork (sometimes!), but can't really show that here.

(designing a web page I'd have to say isn't a forte of mine :p)

Wow great stuff mate! :)

Really pleased for you. Make sure you keep updating that thread you created ages ago so everyone can enjoy/follow your progress. :)

Edit: Where in London? If you need an audience then there'd be lots here, or if, understandably you'd rather not post the details online, can you make a way of getting those interested involved? I live in London and have never been to a stand up comedy gig in my life and want to rectify that :)

I tried my hand at 3d modeling a few years ago...Really do enjoy it, just don't have the time to get into it properly though.

Yes it's an image shack link, but I don't have it up on a website, nor do I remember my login on my free angelfire site :p

Would love to get into a company and get trained up on it though :(

Singing (I sing tenor and bass). I have sung in formal choirs and at weddings. No YouTube videos, alas.

:)

Wow, that's pretty good stuff. Decent character/organic modelers are pretty rare, you should really try to get a portfolio together and go for it.
