Best quiet 120mm fan

Noctua make great case fans and they really are quiet not to mention the Air flow they produce is excellent.

It depends what you call quite.

I myself wouldn't call ~24db fans quite like the 1200 slipstream.

x-bit labs did a very recent case fan roundup - noiseblockers got there vote with the S-FLEX second (but neither are cheap fans)
I got a noiserblocker S2 myself recently as a temp solution while I'm redoing my loop.

At 7v it's a very soft woosh and still move significant air through my little case - I recomemend it as a case fan (looks the business too)

Got the 1600RPM strapped to a TRUE and it is quieter than my case fans on low (Antec 902.)

Cannot recommend enough.
