Yo <---- lol

erm, i have an Escort RS Turbo S2 and im going to sell it due to never driving her as i cycle to work and i cant bring myself to driving her to work in my new job!

So... Cheaper insurance, faster car and more reliable... Focus RS....

Anybody have one here?

Been reading up loads about them and just want a standard one. Looking at about 10k for one with decent mileage which has been looked after.

Just need to get 2k for my Escort which i should easily do as its great condition and i have 2k to put down and then get the rest on finance of 2 or 3 years.

:)

Is it worth the repayments for two or even three years? I'm not sure there even that fast, very nice but not that fast. I think you buy one because of what it is not what it can do if you know what I mean?

Nice car, but not 10k nice imo.

thanks for the opinions guys.

I appreciate what people say. i don't like the new focus's too much and i'd rather get an older model ST if i was going down that route.

Its not just about the speed of the car. I would to subtle engine mods to it like an induction kit, chipped and mapped, sports exhaust.

But the look of the FRS is gorgeous and they are rarer :)

would be good, defo the wrong wheels.

Need comp motorsports in white on it. The 6 spokes :)

trying to find one at a garage for around £10,995 - open to finance with £3000 + maybe more to put down.

Repayments don't really matter as i earn enough a month.

Looking for no more thank 50k on the clock and no more than 3 owners, ill be the 4th owner or lower.

Seen about 4.... but need to go look at them

Are these really selling for upwards of £10k?

I know they are meant to be pretty quick, even iconic in some circles, but part of me would still be thinking its £10K for a MK1 Focus. I would have thought they might well be much cheaper now.
