How to clean dust out of gfx card ?

how do i clean the dust from my gfx card

as ive noticed my idol temps have gone up by about 4 degrees since i first bought my card like a month ago


any help would be much apprecited

Can of air will do the job,they cost about £5 odd

When l spring clean my PC l always give everything a brush down to get the thick dust off and to losing it first using a 2” paint brush, then blast it with a air duster(posh name for a can of air) to me it makes a better job.

Been hoovering mine for years, no problems yet.

Rinse under a cold tap and then bake in a hot over for 17.8 minutes.

yes a hoover does a good job,never tried the can of air might give it a go

Nothing wrong with using a Hoover, people think this because of the risk of static, yea if you touch the electricals with the hoover end then maybe something bad might happen

I'd advise against hoovering.

Just out of the case, make sure you don't tip the can at odd angles or moisture ca spray out.

Straight into my eyes usually. I take the card out side.

I usually use a pair of tweesers for the gpu and psu can o air for the rest

Tweezers.. good idea providing you don't short anything, but a good idea none the less.

Tweezers don't get rid of dust, just clumps.
