No idea, but it was two corned beef rolls on white with lettuce, mustard & mayo, a bag of Hula Hoops, a large apple and two glasses of water if anyone can be bothere to work it out.
Interesting how the threads about weight and food and dieting all start to pop up just about around the time most of you lot start to want to take your T-shirts off
I haven't eaten it yet but at 13:00 I'm going to have chicken, cous cous + diced veg, green beans and sunblush sundried tomatoes, very healthy and tasty.
