tomato & basic pasta -145
muller amore - 160

haribo tangtastics -340 (holy crap)
2 border crumble biscuits -66 each

Total 437
(im not going to eat the tangtastics)
 
I am trying to lose weight, been doing this for the past few months now.

Morning - Fruit
Lunch - M&S Potatoe & Egg Salad, the packet says 150cal with the Salad cream, I throw that away and drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar on it instead.
Dinner - whatever i want (but i do try eat healthy, low fat, low cab = no chips!)

Weight when i started - 14st 8 (end of April)
Wegiht this morning - 13st 2

The hunger thing i am used to, i keep myself busy at work and i keep fruit on my desk so i can take a bite if i really crave for food or start to feel light headed.

What you trying to get down to?

I am putting on weight at the moment because of working out with weights, but eatting as healthy as I can and really becoming pleased with the results, getting a lot more toned. It is slow progress though :)

Target is to hit 12 stone, and see how i look and feel. I am only 5ft 8 so I could get down to 11st really, but i set my target at 12st as my first goal. I am half way there !
 
Well I've just laid into a lovely bacob and egg roll with a cold can of Irn Bru. Got a Twix for later too :)

good on you if you're trying to lose weight (how tall are you?) but I'd say that virtually starving yourself to the point of light headedness for 24 hours might not be quite the way to go? I'm sure you could eat a little more during the day and still reap the benefits?

Remember though, smaller, regular meals increase your bodies motablism, crash diets can lead you to putting weight back on really fast. But congrats for having the will to go through it :cool:
 
No idea....

Breakfast
Cruncy nut corn flakes with semi skimmed milk

10am
Had a ham and cheese salad - no dressing large portion..

1pm
Ham sandwich in wholemeal bread with low fat spread
Three wholemeal cheese crackers
low fat strawberry yoghurt
apple
Bag of walkers crisps
Three Jaffa Cakes
Mars Bar - bit naughty..!! but hey

Swimming later today after work. Do about 50 laps, each lap = 30m so about 1500 ish meter swim

then I'll have a meal afterwards. whatever I fancy...

tomorrow much of the same, but instead of swimming, 60 pushups and 20 situps before bed..

not trying to loose weight, currently 6.4 and around 13stone (been this for ages).. No idea what I consume in calories.... I just keep active and eat pretty much what I want really.....

don't fancy a food disorder - seen first hand how that can really mess you up..!!

Yep, tried telling somone close to me this and bascially went unheard... Gave up telling her, its good advice you've given.. Eat small and often if you want to loose weight and maintain it...

Respect to anyone who tries to loose weight though if they need to.

I wouldn't call it a crash diet, the weight is coming off slowly and steadily. I still eat what i want, KFC, ice cream, crisps etc, just much much less frequently. And my dinner has been really healthy, and i eat good size portions :)
