How many calories were in your lunch today?

Weighwatchers mexican chicken pasta salad - 284
Fresh peach - about 40
Total - 324

Usually bring in a home made salad but nothing in the fridge this mornign, and the weight watchers one is actually tastier than all the other high calorie ones :)

Cheese Ploughmans sandwich, 396 calories
Chocolate Brownie, 273 calories
Bottle of fresh orange juice, 142 calories

811 in total :)

I realised after I'd bought it though that I should've gone for a Twix rather than the brownie. I'm in a Twix kinda mood...

So much broscience in here it's making me cringe :(

:( Hmm.... I'm no bodybuilder.... Hope what I said wasn't what prompted your post.. Looks over shoulder.. lol

I just keep active enough to feel good, I don't really care about calories or what I eat, I eat it as I enjoy it.... I also enjoy swimming since learning to swim early this year...... Its just good fun and I enjoy getting out.

Nothing i had 4 double burgers with 20 slices of cheese, a load of onions and cheese and onion baps for dinner yesterday, i'm still full today.

I actually considered going up to a&e yesterday i thought my stomach was going to tear :D

Sainsbury's Ham Sandwich - 287 calories
Chocolate Éclair - 160 calories

Total - 447 calories

The éclair was a treat - wouldn't normally have it!

2 slices cheese on toast (with brown sauce!)
McCoys
Kit-Kat
Bananna

my uni lunches were more "epic" tbh :p. Something like:

Bowl of (from can) vegetable ravioli
2 big slices of malt loaf with spread
Ginger snaps!
2 small pork pies/scotch egg bite things
Crisps
Choc bar
Bannana
Cheese

mmm, ah well

2x Cheese topped rolls from Morrisons with Marg and Ham in xD
And a Jam tart, probably have a yogurt of some kind as well in a second, so around 400 maybe? Not entirely sure.

My scheme is to not eat after 7pm. It's really worked, been doing it for about 8 weeks now, and I've certainly gone down a waist size ;) Don't really measure my weight, as like someone else mentioned earlier, I work out with weights a lot, so should theoretically be putting weight on, albeit not much of it. Just try to cut down on not what I eat, but how much I eat, and it's really worked, good starter, as it's not cutting things out, which is obviously much harder to stick to!
