I saw that, got a little freaked out. Then read that the dog was dead before she did that to it.. and she's a vetinary student. Hmmm

Cracking site though! I've spent hours trauling through looking at Abandoned russian stuff.

EDIT - The Kola Superdeep Borehole is a v.interesting read, although I read an article on that months and months ago and it didn't mention anything about screaming voices coming from the hole :o or 80grams per tonne of gold being discovered, I think someone is having a small joke there... IIRC the reason they stopped was because the working temperature was far too hot for the drill piece to function.

ah, saw some awesome pictures posted here a while ago from it. You have just reminded me what a fantastic site that was, and that's sorted out tomorrows internet usage :)

I keep opening more n more stuff and nothing disappoints, even the non girl bits are awesome to look at, really thanks for sharing :). Many hours of looking there :).
