Hi Guys,
Just wondering if yous guys could help me with a decent diet, Im looking to cut up and mayb lose a few pounds. Im stick of going to the gym and eaten crap. I know you should eat things like, fish, chicken, turkey things like that. I would appreciate if you guys could help me out.

I have msn if anyone would like to help me out thanks.

Its awful just eating general crap, sumtimes i have some oats and chicken, but i would really like to get a better diet sorted i feel asif im wasten my time at the gym, doesnt need to be perfect diet but something better.

Just stop eating crap for a start, you need to find some self control.

Chocolate - Out
Crisps - Out
Chips - Out
Soft drinks - Out
Take away - Out

List a regular day of food and show us what you eat.

I couldnt tell you what i eat, i eat everything takeaways, if friends phn mayb go for pub lunch im out a lot im gonna cut going out or else just lay off the drink. Even if i just cut out soft drinks, and going out and takeaways it should help. Im thinking more down the lines tho if sorting myself a good diet.

I was thinking down the lines as long as i eat the following:

Protein Shakes
Tuna Pasta (all pastas)
Baked Potatos
Chicken
Fish
Turkey

It should all go well on my trying to cut up and mayb lose a few pounds, shoudnt i be low on carbs tho.
Cut out my junk food, going out and drinking just have water things like that.

forget shakes until youve got a decent base diet, Im trying to loose some fat at the moment and my normal diet is something like.

Breakfast
50g oats, 200ml semi skimmed milk, 25g whey and 25g dried apricots

Snack
couple of eggs or some cooked chicken breast

Lunch
100g chicken or tin of tuna
100g green veg
100g cooked brown rice

Snack
Which ever of the ones I didnt have earlier

Dinner
100g cooked brown rice
100g green veg
100g home made chilli con carne

Before bed
either cottage cheese with an options hot chocolate sachet or 200ml semi skimmed milk 25g whey

That works out at around 2000kcals

And Im well aware I start of saying to forget the shakes and then use them in my diet :p its down to cost and ease

One of the most important things is portion size, for the first week or so measure everything till you get a feeling for how much it is as its very easy to have massive portions which is bad never mind how good for you the food is

the chilli can be replaced with some lean meat or some home made curry or whatever you fancy just make sure its relativly healthy, and you should really be cramming green veg in it keeps you full while providing plenty of goodness. Belive me I hated it before I started eating healthy its all about trying different ones and different ways of cooking.
Personally I hard boil my eggs so I can do a couple of days worth at a time

I used to be pretty healthy and fit but fell away from it for like 1 year just going out all the time now startd training but dont see the point training and not eating healthy.
