Hi all,

I'm going to be buying this bundle @ 3.8 overclock:

and I just wondered what case/how many fans I need to safely run it? I've never run anything this hot before, so I just want to make sure I don't melt anything!

I would be willing to pay up to £150 for the right case, but these are the ones that I've shortlisted from purely cosmetic purposes (My favourite is at the top). This should also give you an idea of the simple/stylish designs I like.

Let me know your thoughts.

Yep, mine is great even overclocked to 4.2Ghz.
Voltage is even more important for total power consumption than clock speed.
Clock speed affects only to dynamic power which rises in direct relation to clock speed but static power (all leak currents) and dynamic power both rise in direct relation to square of voltage so it's major difference is voltage 1.3V or 1.5V... even when forgetting possible higher temperature.
So voltage should be told always along clock speed.

It's not going to make any difference to the cooling potential of the case but my current vcore with 4Ghz overclock is 1.264v.
