I just had a response saying why they refuse to quote me:

We are emailing in response to your previous email regarding Highway decling to quote for a new vehicle. Highway Insurance have certain cars they will not insure no matter what the risk, these include BMW's, Hondas and Protons, but they will cover most other vehicles.
