renault megane coupe rear light problem

Hi guys

My bro currently has a Renault Megane Coupe T Reg

now the problem is when he brakes the indicator light at the rear also half comes on.

the poilice pulled him over to tell him about it the other day but no green slip but just a warning

Chances are its just a dodgy earth by the rear light cluster. Cant for the life of me remember which side its on though.

yeh i spoke to a bloke who works in a garage and he said that if u recently have changed a bulb then put it in the other way aswell

but most likely its the earth

Send him over to HERE He will have to excuse the horrific spelling and poor taste that some seem to have but there are some very helpfull people on there. Beware posting in the tech section though as any problem will either be diagnosed as head gaskit or engine mount by people who have no idea.
