Grapes - Do you wash them before eating?

not really because they will have the same attitude that ' it won't hurt me ' that's why hundreds come back from 3rd world holidays with Dehli belly

I dont sit there washing my apples and grapes...However if I was in a third world country I wouldn't just go around eating random fruit off a tree / plant.
 
The point still stands, he's not dead and I assume has no chronic illnesses.

And rinsing it in cold water gets rid of all that does it?
 
The hotter the water is, the more bacteria it kills, so using cold water probably doesn't do a lot. My family does it to wash off bits, like branches/bark/whatever plus they seem to taste nicer. :p
