Got mine as well. I'm only really looking forward to an improved speed for the guide. It was lightening quick in the nxe preview but has been awful since it went live. Hopefully it has been improved.

The achievement browser will be handy as well thinkng about it.
 
I think everyone is on the preview who applied, it's just to really make you feel special :)

Just installed it, seems loads quicker. Avatar Marketplace is the main Feature atm.

320MSP's for remote controlled Warthog tho :eek: (only a few Props atm and they were 160MSP's each)
T-Shirts are 80MSP and other clothes are 120-160MSP.
Bit pricey I think.

I was thinking "OMG can I try it" and was about to rush downstairs to install it, then realised my xbox is dead and I won't have a new one till next week.

:( Bit of a rip for the warthog too...
 
I've had 180 points sat doing nothing for about a year, so I'll probably spend it on something stupid like a T-Shirt, but they are pretty expensive. Everything should be <100 points for something like this.

Seems perfect from a marketing point of view. Just the amount of points you'd have left over from buying some DLC.

Some people will buy the expensive stuff, some people will only buy cheaper bits, some people wont by anything. Depends how much you care about your avatar I guess. :p


And the rubber chicken with a pulley in the middle looks all wrong imo.

2nd wave is going out today, so you should get on that.

The animation on the Warthog is amazing tho, I spent 5 mins just watching it (still dont think its worth 320 points tho, but then again if i had them I'd buy it :sucker: )
I only have 120 points, so not enough for something "cool", so might splash 80 of them on a Halo3 T-shirt.
 
I caved in and bought the warthog. :o it is pretty expensive for what it is but I'm hoping most of the cooler stuff will come as awards.

The guide is faster but there is no one online just now so could just be that.
 
I found certain sections of the guide to be quicker but most of it seemed as normal, not like it was slow to me anyway.

I'm eager to try the games on demand platform... I'm curious of the pricing and the availability.
 
Never had a problem with the guide personally. It's speed reflects what it has to do whith what's going on around it and I doubt it could be any better.

I'll see if there is any improvement but I doubt it will be as good as it is now.
