At what intervals do you need to change the waterpump? At the same time as the timing/cambelt?

They're not something which has an interval as such but they're commonly replaced when doing the cambelt as a precaution as you need to dismantle most of the same stuff to do the waterpump anyway and they're not generally expensive once everything is in bits but will work out expensive if you need to pay someone to specifically do that job.
 
probably 100k or 10 years then. thats fords recommendation anyway.

haynes normally recommends every 40k on the zetec.

think i did mine at 70k.
 
it depends on the use too , i have been told cars used in cities tend to work in higher temps (therefore water pump is stressed more) than those used outside cities.
