Not always as bad as people make out.
I'm not sure on the trailer, it seems very kiddy to me.
I wasn't a fan of his remake of C&TCF, but that's not because of him, it's because I cannot get past anyone but Gene Wilder to play Wonka

Although I do like how it makes films a bit darker, should do Little Red Riding Hood

Couldn't think of a better person than HBC to play the red queen!
Thought they would have someone a bit more popular to play Alice though.

I'm gonna reserve Judgement on the film & Performances until I've seen the film but with the cast they've lined up I have no doubt that it'll be amazing!

looks to be interesting at the very least, i know my wife is really looking forward to it, and i do like tim burtons films an his style 
Thing is though, she isn't the Red Queen, she's the Queen of Hearts, so quite why they have called her the Red Queen I don't know...
They are two different characters...
The 'Red Queen' is a chess piece and the opposite of Anne Hathaways character the White Queen, both are from Through the Looking Glass.
The Queen of Hearts (which is clearly what HBC is dressed as) is an entirely different character from the first Wonderland book.
