Fat Princess out July 30

Im finidng i lag quite a bit, the snail is red, 1 example of how bad it is, i charged up the bow shot, released and took 2-3 seconds before it actually released, that could be down to my isp and thier FuP.
 
Ah excellent, thought that it may have been my WiFi's fault, although couldn't work out why it was fine for Fifa and not for this. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out! Lag was pretty horrific my end :(
 
Been playing this for a while tonight and it's just as freakishly awesome as I thought it would be. Fantastic game, if you don't have it get it NOW! :D

No major lag, few spikes now and again but that's probably because some fool on AOL is hosting a 32 player server! Still doesn't do that badly all things considered!

That was awesome, great game, really fun to play, loved following you roudn with my priest, dbmzk1 ;)

As said, occasional lagspots, but nothing too bad for 32 players running round maming the crap out of eachother :)
 
what kind of game is this? theres priests in it? this totally slipped by my uhh radar.

But online with up to 30 ppl? thats no bad :D

It's a top down action game where you have to steal the enemies princess (flag). The differences lie in the fact that there's five different classes, the civilian, engineer, warrior, priest and mage, each has his own role on the battlefield. Castles can be upgraded so for example the classes can be upgraded using wood and steel farmed in the map by engineers and also siege equipment can be built outside the enemies base in order to help steal their princess. A nice little touch is you can feed the princess cake in order to fatten her up, this means it's more difficult for the enemy to steal her as they go much slower when carrying her.

It's pretty good, but very few people seem to know what they're doing atm.

Played it and it doesn't really explain much to you, but gives you good opportunity to try out all the classes offline so you arenn't angering real human teammates!

Probably a good idea to start on this first then lol. People become Newbie haters very quickly online.

It does, a bit but mainly through pop up hints which seem to appear in all modes, anyway. The in game manual is probably best bet.

Single player mode is rubbish. The bots just are not good enough to work in a team and you have very limited control of 4 other players at a time. The 1st level took over 30 minutes for me to complete as it is nightmare doing the Capture the Princess mode with bots imo.

Yup, when you start a game you have a choice of play with anyone or play with friends. If you select play with friends it'll find a server that your friends are playing on, if you select anyone it'll just chuck you in a random game.
