I have arms the size of pipe cleaners

But less than 15mph = loads different to a non pas car

Over 15mph its not so bad at all.

I've extensively tested both situations.

First when my mx-5 threw a supercharger belt all the way down in silverstone so i had to drive it all the way home with no pas, 100+ miles, all back roads and villages.

Second is when i brokedown at the nurburgring and i had to drive (free wheel) the passat down from the top of a 7 mile long switchback mountain road to the bottom to get it to a VW dealer all with no engine (most of the time) and no PAS.

I hate hearing stuff like this, i think i would probably have a panic attack if this happened to me.
