Hi there.
I'm currently sitting at 3.8Ghz with 5 runs of IBT fully stable.

MOBO is GA-EX58-UD5
My RAM is OCZ Platinum 1333 - currently running at 1200, 8,8,8,24,1.
BLCK is at 200x19
QPI link is at x36 = 7.2Ghz
Uncore is at x13 = 2.6Ghz

Settings are as follows:
Loadline Calibration: Enabled
CPU Vcore: 1.35 in BIOS - around 1.29-1.31 in CPU-Z
QPI VTT: 1.335
CPU PLL: 1.88

QPI PLL: 1.34

DRAM: 1.66

Unchanged Voltages are:

IOH Core: Auto
ICH I/O: Auto
ICH Core: Auto

Also... Anybody know what that "Performance Enhance" option does? I have it set to standard.

Well.... Temps are nearly hitting 80 under full load. About 77 on the hottest core, 72-73 on the coolest.

1.4v? Surely there's a slightly more elegant option somewhere?
What about those IOH/ICH voltages?
Also my RAM refuses to be stable at 1600 - Can you guys help with that too?

Then you need better cooling?

If it doesn't need 1.4V then you can adjust it down until it becomes unstable again, but most C0's I've seen need 1.3875V and over to be stable.

What about those IOH/ICH voltages?

You can play about with them, certainly, but if the CPU needs the juice, it needs the juice.

Also my RAM refuses to be stable at 1600 - Can you guys help with that too?

What RAM is it and what are your memory settings? I'd just leave all the RAM stuff on AUTO until you get the CPU sorted out.

Better cooling might be hard unless I go for water.

I have a silverstone fortress, a TRUE with push-pull 1600RPM Thermalright fans, Scythe Kama Bay with a 1600RPM Thermalright fan, and I replaced the exhaust with a 1600RPM Thermalright fan.

I'm waiting to find a place to get some Silverstone FM181's for my Fortress.

RAM is OCZ Platinum 1333Mhz @ 1200 (8,8,8,24,1) 1.66 Volts. Stable.

But if your RAM isn't rated for 1600MHz, surely you don't expect it to be stable at 1600MHz? RAM overclocking is much less consistent than CPU overclocking in my experience. Are you forcing 1T?

I don't expect it to be stable. Just asking for advice on what could help me get it stable is all. I beleive I have it manually to 1T. I'll give it a whirl at 2T. This is my first build and first time overclocking by the way - So sorry if I'm expecting too much or asking stupid questions.

Can somebody give me advice on these 3 settings?
IOH Core: Auto
ICH I/O: Auto
ICH Core: Auto
Do they help in overclocking CPU or RAM or both? and what are their safe limits?
