That's not in question - it's just that although I have intense session I seldom feel the need for a belt. I can feel my form going when it gets heavy, so I don't push myself.
RockLobster - have you tried SLDLs or DLs since the injury? I tried them the other day after being inspired by this thread to get on the road to recovery quicker, and they were absolutely fine - granted i was only doing 75kg but my form was good and they woke up my muscles. Wondering if you're the same, as i really don't know what's wrong with my back. Doctor has referred me to a physio in a few weeks though so i may get answers then..
